About Us
Our lake front garden tea room, in a setting of beautiful flowers, is perfect for an afternoon tea with friends or family. Plan a special event in the tea room. It is a lovely location for a birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, sweet sixteen party, or club event.

Event Information
We can seat 15-25 guests inside the tea room for a private event. We can also seat 15-25 guests outside on the lakeside, covered veranda.
The cost is $26 per person
which includes your tax and gratuity.
This provides food and facility as follows:
Private use of the tea room for 2 hours (plus 1/2 hour before for set up).
A complete Tea luncheon of pots of loose leaf tea (2 choices), fresh made salad, scone, Devon cream, 3 tea sandwiches, a mini quiche, and 3 mini gourmet desserts per person. All made in house.
Cloth linens, napkins, and porcelain china.
Tea lights for each table.
Bud vases of fresh sweetheart roses and baby’s breath for each table.
You may bring champagne and disposable flutes for a toast to the guest of honor if you wish (also OJ for mimosas or strawberries) for a private event. We can keep it chilled in the tea room refrigerator until you are ready to serve it.
Weekend event times are 11-1:00 and 2-4:00. You can arrange an additional hour added to the 2-4:00 time for an additional $150.
If you prefer an evening event from 5-7:00, we can arrange that in the air conditioned tea room and/or on the veranda. Pricing depends on menu choice. We smoke our own meats for barbecue. You may prefer a buffet of ham, turkey, salads, desserts.
A $100 nonrefundable deposit holds your event date and time.
The final guest count and remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
